1. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
We obtain information that you provide to us directly through the Site, which may include personal information such as your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, or other personally-identifying information you choose to provide us. We also collect information from you when you seek to contact us, register for an event or hands-on training, or otherwise fill out online forms on the Site.
We may obtain personal information from you when you choose to email us, whether for general contact reasons or to submit original ideas to us as per our Submissions program. Personal information in such emails may include name, e-mail address, address, phone, fax numbers, and information provided in your cover letter, story arc synopsis, art pages, cover art, and in the body of the email you send. As Submissions are facilitated via email and not collected through the Site, personal information you provide in your emails to us are not subject to this Privacy Policy.
2. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
In addition to the information you submit to us, we may collect certain information using automated tools such as cookies, web beacons, and web server logs (collectively “Tracking Technologies”). · Embedded Scripts:
An embedded script is programming code designed to collect information about your interactions with the Site. It is temporarily downloaded onto your computer from Dark Wave Comics’ web server, or from a third party with which Image works, and is active only while you are connected to the Site, and deleted or deactivated thereafter.
We may combine certain automatically-collected information with other information we obtain about you, which may include information we obtain from third parties.
Information about your use of this Site and other online services may be collected across time, devices, and websites, and used for numerous purposes including to associate different devices you use and to deliver relevant and/or retargeted content, including interest-based ads.

4. SWEEPSTAKES, CONTESTS & PROMOTIONS
We may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions (each, a “Promotion”), including Promotions, jointly sponsored or offered by third parties, which may require submitting personal information. 8. ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION
Dark Wave Comics makes good faith efforts to enable you to review, update or correct your personal information in our possession. In order to do so, please log into your account or contact our Privacy Policy Administrator at privacy@darkwavecomics.com. If you contact us, we will need sufficient information from you to establish your identity and to verify your access request, and also to assist us in handling your request. Please note that even if personal information is changed or deleted according to your request, Dark Wave Comics may still retain some of your personal information to resolve disputes, enforce Dark Wave Comics user agreement(s), and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of our Service.
9. DEACTIVATED OR TERMINATED ACCOUNTS
A request to delete and/or terminate your account will not result in the removal of information collected and already put in aggregate form or information that cannot, in our sole discretion, be removed without undue burden to us. We are not able nor are we obligated to remove any of your information from a third-party provider or platform. Moreover, please be aware that even after you delete your account or your account is terminated, your information may not be deleted in its entirety from our servers and servers of the third-party with whom such information has been shared
